Judging Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help Stoney Creek Homebrewers host a successful homebrew competition. We will accept as many volunteers as we can get. Please sign up for judging through the competition software at https://brewdrinkrepeat.com/SCHABC/. 

Below are the details that judges will need to be aware of:

• We are again hosting all judging in-person. The plan, as of the posting of this update, is to hold enough pre-judging sessions that we only need to host an AM session Saturday, followed shortly by the Best of Show judging. 

• Pre-judging sessions are TBD at this time and dependent on number of entries. More details to follow.

• Saturday's session will be on November 15, 2025 at Root Down Brewing in Phoenixville PA. Please plan to arrive around 8:30am so we can start the judging session promptly at 9:00am.

• Judges will complete their scoresheets through the competition portal on the Registration page. Please plan to bring a computer/tablet to the judging. We will have wifi and outlets available.

• Best of Show judging will take place on Saturday November 15, 2025 immediately following the completion of the AM session. 

• More specific and personalized details will be shared via email with each registered judge as we get closer to the competition date.
